Forums - Sales - Famitsu Sales: Week 46, 2025 (Nov 10 - Nov 16)

Switch 2 starting to get more software presence in the charts now that more games with physical editions are arriving; I expect a lot of Switch 1 games will continue to chart for years as well, as was the case for systems like 3DS and PS4 post-replacement.

Will the switch have a holiday boom ? If the console still sells during this holiday and then slowly becomes irrelevant next year with small revivals around new games and if it has a last big push next holiday... then maybe we could see a new console take the crown.

Sony is competting against not one but two Nintendo systems

Games shared across Switch 1 and 2 still performing better on 1 so far (not that shocking when the install base is like 13 times bigger) but the Switch 2 editions aren't too far behind, will be interesting to see where it switches (heh) over to games selling better on Switch 2.

Meanwhile, Black Ops 7 is down over 60% from Black Ops 6 which debuted at 32k last year.

Honestly a bit underwhelming compared to the prior Switch entries, though still solid as far as digital board games go.
