The funny thing about trolls on the internet is that they think they are so smart. They literally just stand behind anything that helps them in their pursuit to troll anything they don't like. The enemy of my enemy is my friend mentality ie Pokemon (something they don't like) is suing Palworld, so I have pose as a Palworld fan to hide my trolling. Pokemon fans don't even hate Palworld because it's a monster catching ip similar to Pokemon but fills its own niche. I personally played it after watching tons of Pokémon Tubers stream it. It went viral with the help of Pokemon fans but for some reason trolls try to pit Pokemon fans and Palworld fans against each other.
Ark with Pokemon was a brilliant idea because Pokemon are elemental monsters while dinosaurs are not. It gives Pals a specific role. Palworld went wrong when they put so much effort into making a Pokemon ripoff instead of just making a good game. They went out of their way to copy Pokemon just to go viral instead of focusing on what makes sense for the type of game they were making. Look at the towers for example like why try to copy gyms just to do it when it hardly fits the game? Paltamers don't make much sense to only be in the towers, they should be across the world because it's a world full of pals. The world feels so empty not just because of the lack of cities but also because Paltamers seem to be rare. The whole throwing Palspheres to catch Pals and throwing them to call them out didn't have to exist. Plenty of other monster catching ip did something different to be different but ofcourse copying Pokemon to go viral was more important than anything else in thqqe game. We were literally falling through the map into a massive ocean or couldn't even complete a raid without the game crashing. The catching mechanic was top notch though lol. Spent plenty of time on that.
Trolls spend more time taking shots at Pokemon than actually trying to help improve Palworld. That's because they aren't fans but instead trolls. You can't even have a conversation about Palworld without Pokemon being brought up on the internet.
Nintendo/Pokemon suing is hardly surprising. You went out of your way to copy me just to go viral. You went viral ie gained alot of attention but ofcourse thar only makes you a bigger target after flying to close to the sun (Pokemon) and now billion dollar corporations are going to do what billion dollar corporations do best and that's seek compensation. Now I'm probably never going to see Palworld on Switch 2, that hurts them both because that was money to be made for both of them.
