Started with Chopper on the Vic 20.
In the opinion of some: still have yet to grow the fuck up.

GameCube and GBA were where I started, but Wii and DS were a part of it too.

And many others like Star Wars: Battlefront and the Lego Star Wars games.

Yes, but wasn't the actual title named "Choplifter" ?

I played that game too.  It was cool.  Do you remember Radar Rat Race?

Or how about "Introduction to Basic" Part 1 and 2.  Hell, I had it on a cassette.

I grew up playing a mix of games like Mario, Pokémon and a bit of Halo with friends. Those games bring back so many good memories simpler times and endless fun!

Wolf 3D, commander keen, space quest are three that I remember. I spent a lot of time on the mega drive too, the lost vikings was pretty sweet.

In a few years time, we’ll probably start seeing users talk about growing up with Mario Odyssey and Smash Ultimate lol. People who are as old as 16yo can already say that. Heck, I got the Wii U when I was in 4th grade and Switch in 8th. To an extent, I grew up playing Mario Odyssey and BotW.

Yes! That's the one! Thanks. Somehow I got the name "Chopper" in my head.

Funny thing, there actually was another game on Vic-20 called Chopper... but it's a completely different game.

All my Vic-20 and other Commodore memories are from pre-kindergarten for me. So my memory is a bit shaky on everything at best. But Choplifter really stood out to me.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Born in 1989, got an SNES in 1994 and played games like Starfox, Super Star Wars, Donkey Kong Country, Mario All Stars, Kirby's Ghost Trap, and Toy Story.

In 1999 we got an N64 and I mostly played Ocarina of Time, Starfox 64, Banjo Kazooie, and F-Zero X, but my best mate had a PS1 so I also spent a ton of time playing Crash Bandicoot, Croc, and Spyro at his place.

In the 6th gen I wanted a Gamecube, but my parents bought us an Xbox instead, where I played Star Wars Battlefront, Blinx, Oddworld Munch's Odyssey, Jedi Starfighter, Godzilla Save the Earth, etc.

Early 90s kid here grew up with older sisters and an uncle who played games.
Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country were strong early gaming memories from the Super Nintendo games he owned.
Later my sister got Kirby’s Dream Land 1 & 2 with a Game Boy. Good times.

I think I prefer to keep it to those early memories from before I turned 7.
