The cop that killed Sonya Massey died in prison.

Would have been nice if a fellow inmate would have finished him instead of cancer. That asshole should have not been a cop when incident happened anyway since he had a record that should have stopped him from being hired as a cop again.

After being severely unwell for months now, today was my best day in some time, I was able to walk 20,000 steps, go shopping, cook a meal, even vacuum the flat.

Still a bit of a mess but every day is a battle, so gotta celebrate the ones you win.

The other day I was finally well enough to go to work for the first time in a while, to deliver my talk at the autism expo; I was so nervous, but I got really good feedback on it which was nice.

Also, spring has arrived and the weather here is gorgeous.

So that speech I gave last week that I was so nervous about; apparently they liked it so much they asked today if they could put pop it on their Youtube channcel, and I also got a request to be featured in a podcast!

Really made my day.
