Would be hypocritical for me to be against kids playing GTA... When I was playing it when I was like 11 years old in primary school on the school computers... Along with Diablo, Doom, Wolfenstein and more.

I turned out perfectly fine... Stupidly dark sense of humor though. (But that is likely a consequence of my career, rather than video games.)

But Australians already having age verification for most things... And Australians not really giving a crap about anything, parents will likely circumvent the age verification for their kidlets anyway...

Still, good feature to have for parents that want it, it's their choice in the end on what their kids play.

There is no chance that they will require a scan of an ID. But, if they were to do that, no, I would not play the game.

Again though, I'll be playing, because there's no chance for such a ridiculous policy.

GTA 6 couldn't do anything that would actually make me buy it or play it.

Let's face it: GTA 6 will be so full of satire about the right that it will probably get banned in modern USA anyway, seeing how things over there unfold right now. =P

I don't see Rockstar implementing age verification in germany. We don't even have the infrastructure for that. =D
