NS1 will never die

Interestingly, the Switch 1 sold half of the sales of the Switch 2, which is incredible. Next month, the Switch 1 will reach 36 million units in Japan. It's interesting that Japan's Switch represents almost 25% of global sales. While for Sony, it doesn't even reach 10%.

I think Nintendo is playing a good game... is sales of NS are holding like this WW it can become the King of all consoles... whilst keeping NS2 sales high with many more Games to be out.

And down the road more and more NS1 users will switch to NS2

Edit: unless Nintendo outright stops production of NS1, the NS1 could easily go another 2 years and become the #1 selling system of all time. If theres one thing this generation has taught us is that anything that happened in the past does not apply.

- Prices on consoles go up and not down.
- Nintendo game prices do not drop
- No players choice titles
- Lots of cross generation games
- Economy world wide is a lot different then previous generations
- Sony and Microsoft are releasing their games on competitor platforms.

Why cant the NS1 go another 2 years?

Why cant the NS1 be a cheaper option along side the NS2 if someone wants to get into Nintendo games?

Japan already represents over 25% of Switch 2 sales.

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Do you guys remember Switch 1's sales by the time it was in avaliable in the market during its second month?

I guess Switch 2 stock being really lacking in Japan right now is helping out the Switch 1 some currently. Unless there's a notable sale going on I can't imagine why else it'd suddenly go back up to 20k unless Famitsu is being weird again.
