I don't know about the best, but Wonderful 101 was great, imo.

Had no clue it was ported. I wonder how they got around the gamepad functionality.

Even on Wii U could use the analog sticks to draw the attacks. Works the same there. As for the screen. Button press.

Hot take maybe, but I loved Zombiu.
It felt incredibly immersive to have a horror game where accessing your inventory isn't a pause function, but an in-game split of your attention, rummaging through your backpack on the small screen while trying to keep an eye out for zombies on the big screen. Plus, after getting used to having the radar functionality of the gamepad for most of the game, the sudden loss of it in the collapsed building really heightened the sense of fear.
If every game had utilized the gamepad as cleverly then it would not have felt like a useless gimmick.
Shout out to Affordable Space Adventures, also. One of the best indies on the system.

Zombi U also ported to other consoles

I'm trying my best here...
Sonic: Lost World?
Devil's Turd Third?
I don't think the NES Remixes ever got ported, so I think they're the best so far.

Goes to show you how long it's been since I played it lol. My apologies.
The original Splatoon gets my pick. While I am glad Switch got two new entries rather than a port of a game I already played, the first is still my favourite game in the series as it felt the most fresh.
I'm also gonna give a nod to Call of Duty Black Ops II; it's one of the best games in the series thanks to its branching paths, well paced action, and strong story, and getting to play with both pointer controls and good graphics rather than having to pick one or the other on Wii/360 was awesome.
