I'll put below a huge help for who bought the game on pc (mainly on steam).

If anyone here is experiencing stutters or microstutters because the game is using Unreal 5, use the mod that I'll put below. I'm playing with high presets at 1440p, dlss quality, and dlss frame-gen mod (I don't like to use frame gen, but frame gen works great in this game).

The mod I'll put below will help a lot with performance. I was experiencing stuttering in the open world (mainly in the forest), but the game was running at 80 fps +/- with frame generation. When I enable the Engine mod, I get 20+ fps +/- (10 fps in raw) and no stuttering or microstuttering (runs very smoothly). I tested it (with frame generation) in many areas and got great results, in cities (90 fps-120 fps), Dungeons (140 fps-160fps+), Oblivion areas (110 fps-140 fps) and in the open world (80 fps-110 fps).

FSR Frame-gen to DLSS Frame-Gen (only works with RTX 20 and 30 series): https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/738

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: RTX 3070 MLLSE 8GB GDDR6
M.RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, 16GB (2x8GB), 3600MHz

MOBA: Asus TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS Wi-Fi II
Storages: Netac Nvme Nv7000 1TB - SSD Sata 960GB

Thought this was a nice mod to have for the purists.

Returns the color palette and lighting of the original game

I'd prefer to mention BloodyFreak's reshade, the whites are too blue in this one.

I'll be sure to try that one, but it looks like this one goes for more natural lighting whereas the mod that I posted embraced the original games absurd saturation lol

I had another stroll around the outside of the capital and I can't find anything that resembles Oblivion in my memory. It's the green, up close there is green but none when looking at things from a distance. God I hope they can patch it cause this is a waste of money for me, I need that bright green glow like it's a fairy tale, fantasy land. This is like making Los Santos in GTA5 have British weather.

Omfg, it's not my memory playing tricks and it's even worse when you out them side by side, no wonder it doesn't feel like Oblibion, holy fuck... What is this shit...

Also, the bloom seems to play into the atmosphere, maybe they should have worked a slight bit of bloom in.

Where can we complain to ask to patch in the green...?

You can mess with Reshade settings, you know. Manually set the color temperature all the way to 40000K if you want, and then crank up the brightness.

Can't do that on ps5, I don't think. It's also about the shade of green though, it needs to look like Ireland in the rainy sunshine, that almost cartoony greener than green look. I'm looking at the screenshots of the old version right now and aside from the shade of Green I can't put my finger on where it has gone wrong. Idk if they'll even be able to fix this, the trees look so much more barren.

While I love the overly saturated green color, which I'm hoping to fix with a mod, only like a quarter of the map is the Great Forest where you see these colors lol

There's a lot more to Oblivion than just the colors, and this game still has that in spades!
