The funniest thing is looking at goings from most people pre-ordering in store at least. It is likely most of the units produced on launch are actually of the MKW Bundle SKU. 

Availability for it is not going to be an issue in the first few months I believe at least.

People do not see such a grave problem in buying the more expansive bundle to get the game with the console either, in counter to what a smidge of internet pie would like others to believe.
