I hope the game reviews well. I never wish ill for any game, but the only Ubisoft game I have excitement for is Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era. Even then, I'm still cautious because Ubisoft has not done this IP justice since acquiring it. The only reason I'm excited about it is that early previewers describe it as very much inspired by HoMM 3, which is music to my ears.

So yeah, I really don't care for Ubisoft games lol. The company needs a win though, and Shadows seems to be shaping up as that win.

If its a 9/10 in IGN then i expect to actually really be around 7.5/10, maybe 8/10. Which is still pretty solid.

Im still gonna wait tho, not really hyped about it. 

Found the first sale price at 47.99 euro while checking for leaked reviews. I don't know what's going on there or why many physical copies are priced at 64.99 or less.

Anyway. Pixel arts has it a lot 9/10. Another at 4.5/5 which is a 9/10 and another at 74/100.

82 on both Metacritic and Opencritic right now, about what was expected, a game that will probably please people who enjoy AC but won't please people who don't enjoy AC, and it most likely won't change a thing for Ubisoft

82 isn’t too bad for AC!!…however, Xenoblade killed it, so that’s the game I’ll be purchasing on Thursday. I am a little surprise AC:S didn’t do better? Would’ve thought Ubi was going cherry-pick outlets to give an inflated score, especially noting how important this game is to Ubi’s value as they seek to sell off IP/be acquired.

Sorry a little off topic, is Xenoblade getting a physical release? 

yep. All Nintendo games do…unless we’re talking about like Kirby Buffet Dash (or wtvr that game was from August 2022).
