Halo, Gears and forza on playstation ?

Yep, theres been a insider that said Fable, Avowed, Blade, Perfect Dark are comeing as well.

Ontop of that, you know stuff like Doom, and Elder Scrolls, Call of Duty, wont skip playstation.
So yeah... more games are comeing.

If they come, then everything might as well.
I think the xbox fans reaction to those games would be the worst, of all their games going other places.
So its likely something that MS atleast dont want to shout from the rooftops.

However, supposedly the new Gears is a Reboot, it goes back to before the 1st game, its a prequel, and afterwards they might remake the others.
If that happends, it makes sense to introduce the series to new customers on say playstation.

However I'm abit skeptical about about those 3 games, mainly because they are considered the "bred and butter" of xbox.

If these games go to the ps5, it means that microsoft has given up competing with sony on consoles, it will probably have a next xbox but it will not be the company's focus, a portable xbox could work

Good. Really dont want to buy another console just after PS5 and just before Switch 2.

Most people knew that, they didn't spend $80 billion dollars over the last 6 years on studios for exclusive games when Xbox sales are declining.

I'd rather this meant a brand new Banjo-Kazooie on the next Nintendo console.

Doesn't really say anything we didn't already know. It's more the rate of speed from Xbox launch to multiplat launch. Indiana Jones is looking to be at about 3-6 months after launching on Xbox. We already know Doom was coming day one, so it's more the question of how long Xbox published games such as Avowed, Fable, Perfect Dark, etc will take, which who knows. I feel like Phil is the only thing stopping Satya from putting everything day one on all available platforms.

And seeing Satya get a near $80 million bonus, I'm sure he's anxious to let all their games fly lol.

It just a choice of whatever has highest potential to make money.
If he views 3rd party as that, its what he wants.

Meanwhile Phil probably cares abit about xbox and the legacy it has.
He probably doesn't want to be the guy, that gets remembered as the one who ended it all (console side).

Like, if your cutting costs.... okay, but bussiness was still rakeing in cash in profits.
Then you fire a ton of people, because.... more profits are always good, right?
Then you reward yourself with a huge bonus.

One thing for sure, console wars are dead. Nintendo won it hands down.
