Wii shipments (34.55m) passed N64 shipments (32.93m), Mega Drive shipments (30.75m), and Atari 2600 shipments (30m).

Xbox 360 shipments (22.5m) passed GameCube shipments (21.74m).

Ah, nice software table BKK2.... Looks like Mario Kart Wii might be a little undertracked, I know it is still a big seller so it should have a pretty decent sized gap between shipped and sold, but I don't think it will quite be 1.1 million.

Wii Fit looks perfect, as it probably should have more than 1 million stock given how much it sells per week, but it is a tough item to find so 370k seems a good measure of stock.

Also... Nintendogs has shipped over 20 million.... impressive indeed.

Looks like Nintendo raised DS software shipments too.

Nintendo seems to think DS/Wii haven't peaked yet given strength in the west, better software in 2009, and add ons/incremental updgrades (DSi & Motionplus)

Microsoft expected 25 million 360s shipped by end of November.
Microsoft just announced 7 million 360s shipped in EMEA.

EMEA makes up 28% of 360 shipments.

Its on page 33 (the report deals with FY 2007 which ended March 2008, even though it is called 'Annual Report 2008' on page 1)

"PS2 cumulative sales (sales to stores) reached approximately 130 million units" in March 2008 (page six confirms the date)

"PSP cumulative sales (sales to stores) surpassed 37 million units" in March 2008

Sony then lists cumulative sales (sales to stores) for Q1 and Q2 FY 2008 here (which is through Sept 2008):

PS2 - 1.51 + 2.50

PSP - 3.72 + 3.18

That means that as of September 2008 Sony has shipped:

"Approximately" 134 million PS2s

At least 43.9m PSPs.

Those figures tie in well with BKK2's figures - 133.8m PS2s as of September 2008, and 44.5m PSPs

when is Q4 shipments?it will be interesting to see if sony pass the 20 million mark with the ps3 and how well the ps2 is still doing.
