I thought it was clickbait at first. But...

Like the HL3 rumors that were also supposedly leaked in like 2012, I’ll believe it when I see it.

The only real glimmer of hope I have is based on the ending of Alyx. Which I won’t spoil.

I'll watch the vid later, but I feel like the odds of HL3 coming are the same of Mother 3 be localized in the West. It's gonna happen! (it's never gonna happen...)

Where there's smoke there's fire, but it'll probably be another 'Half-Life: something' title instead of HL3.

Until there's actual confirmation from Valve I ain't believing $#!t

Will be very interesting to see if they are actually doing this and if they can pull it off! Alex was great, but it has been ages since they did anything with main stream HalfLife.

In the event HL3 is actually coming, I thought this would be a great time to remind everyone that Alyx is on a 66% off sale for the next week and a half. And if you don't have a VR headset, feel free to use the NoVR mod that's been out for a year and a half now. The team is constantly making improvements and have even added animations, such as Alyx's arms.

It feels great to play, and in the latest version of the mod, they've added a launcher. So you just run the executable and it auto launches the game. The launcher also auto updates the mod when a new patch is out.

There's currently 6 of the 42 achievements that are unobtainable, but that is something they're aiming on fixing before the end of the year.

Making the final 6 achievements attainable with NoVR
Animations and final adjustments to the final weapon upgrades
Addition of more toner puzzles throughout the entire game
Preliminary prototype of the locker puzzles

Map edits to ensure smooth locomotion on all maps without getting caught on items
Improved weapon sway and movement along with snappier ADS speed
And much more!

As noted we intend to aim for a 1.0 release by the end of 2024, so most major parts of the project should wrap up by the end of the year. This is all tentative and of course it could take longer, but based on the first 9 months of development we should be on track."

An interesting development.

EDIT: As I figured, it was purely coincidental. The person whose company owns the website is just a big Half-Life fan.

Just because we get a Half-Life game, it doesn't mean it's HL3. At this point we could get a Half Life Picross before HL3.

It isn't April 1. What's the meaning of this!?
