Trump's peace plan is for Ukraine to surrender. If Ukraine surrenders, Russia has a working war economy and weak neighbors like Lithuania, Moldovia, Georgia, and Armenia. Trump has talked about leaving NATO and Europeans have clearly not supported eastern Europe enough, so Russia can just continue.

You might think Russia would run out of men. But as already seen with NK, they can just buy manpower from their little axis. If China joins in, infinite manpower.

If China or anyone in east Asia is emboldened, Japan becomes unhappy.

If Trump does his planned tariffs, Japan becomes unhappy.

Not sure why I explained that, it has been known for months.

He has no power over that, he won't be able to tell Ukraine to surrender and they won't go for it. If Russia invades more countries in the east Europeans will rise against it especially cause they're part of NATO unlike Ukraine and an attack on one is an attack on all. Putins not that stupid to cause a world war. 

I know, I'm fearfully he will leave NATO. Go's I hope he's just talk. How do you think this will effect thing in the middle East with Isreal?

I see your point but I suspect Xi will be less emboldened with Trump at the helm, they don't know how to react to him. He's a wild card.

@Ryuu May I please be unbanned from the Ukraine thread. I promise I will only comment if I have something valid to say nor will I repost anything. I have concerns I want to discuss and nowhere else to discuss them.

Been there, done all that right here in this country. Only difference was that I did speak the language. So none of this especially concerns me.

Been there, done all that right here in this country. Only difference was that I did speak the language. So none of this especially concerns me.

Have to give big props to Putin though. He drove up inflation and messed up the world economy enough that Americans truly believe Trump will be the solution.

I know for a fact in my home state recent mass layoffs have happened in for example John Deere, these things really affect the voters.

The terrible Democrat candidates did not help though. They really need to stop othering people.

American men in japan have it made...... japanese would love to get married to an american b/c of the green card.  He could have a different woman to take out every week, expenses permitting.

What a landslide, a much bigger win then I forecasted, I thought it would be very close.
Now we will start to see what was only election rhetoric and what will be really implemented, especially how he will handle the war in ukraine. As for the rest, most likely it will be all the same as previous governments, rinse and repeat.
