It's funny, I was literally taking the piss out of the fact that this so called Christian, you know, the group that claim to be all about peace and love, said "Get mad at me if you want to. Some folks need killing! It's time for somebody to say it." by mockingly pretending it was a Bible verse and quote from Jesus and some users are seemingly more upset at me for that joke than the fucking Republican who said it, Lmao.

Where was this same defensiveness when Donald Trump Jr mocked Nancy Pelosi's husband after he got his head bashed in with a hammer? Shit, all I'm using is some crazy fellas own words against him. I'll apologise for using the Lord's name in vain and misquoting him, I hope he can forgive me and my soul before it's damned to Hell, I didn't realise Jesus was so sensitive, pray for me fellas

I agree that truth should be what rhetoric should me measured on.  The bitterness and cruelty I'm referencing is the open, zealous cries of demise for someone they don't like.  I'd bet money most of the same ones wishing death on the man have no idea what he actually did as president, only that they feel a certain way, those feelings being installed by the same media that despises him.  

Republicans think democrats are wrong and the far left is evil in their eyes. The democrats think orange man bad because the tv told them and that he should die.  Is that the clear difference?

The list that Ryuu provided quite literally starts with a GOP candidate having called fro Obama's exeuction, the 4th having a former GOP candidate calling for the murder of anyone in favor of trans rights by firing squad, Trump saying that the mob may have been right to call for Pence's death, not to mention the people who tried to mail pipe bombs to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama a few years back (when that happened, I actually recall some people regretting they didn't get Hillary).

The Bible is full of evil, intolerant, hate, murder, sacrifices and more.

For example...

Or... Forcing a rape victim to marry their abuser.

Not against him but he had it coming . I am surprised nobody tried during his presidency. I hope he takes more precaution.

I'm not surprised in the slightest but I think Iran is too incompetent to pull anything off, though imagine how angry they must be, they must be spending months worth of planning, thousands in money and secrecy, a lot of training, only to see some skinny white guy casually acquire an AR-15, slip past the Secret Service with ease and almost pull it off whilst (according to his classmates) being a shit shot. Ya the big question is how the guy got up there and in place with a gun without being caught. 

The MAGA guy who supposedly saw the shooter climbing with the gun told the nearby cops and they didn't really do anything apparently. He also said based on the location and angle that it was probably difficult for the SS snipers that were visible to the crowd to see the shooter.

There's also video from the crowd of a pair of SS snipers back behind trump on a roof, and like maybe 10 seconds before Trump goes down they look to the right and quickly get ready to shoot, but they don't fire until the shooter fires. The SS snipers probably couldn't confirm the shooter had a gun so they probably waited for the go ahead to shoot and when they heard shots they immediately engaged. You can see the one snipers shoulder action so they definitely waited to shoot until after the shooter started firing. All they had was maybe 10 seconds once they turned to lock him in.

So you hope he exits the race, and then goes silent? Because that's the only path to taking enough precaution. Even if he dropped out and then backed another candidate and campaigned for them, in person and/or on social media, then he'd still be way to much of a target.

The phrase "had it coming" really only works if it's mostly on the perpetrator. The majority of the news media, quite a few of the politicians, plenty of celebs, and some of the general public on social media, certainly took whatever fire there was and turned it into into an inferno.
