Nintendo and Sony are scheduled to announce their third quarter results on February 6 and February 14, respectively.

Well I am going to bet on the Mario Wonder .

Mario will most likely receive a disclosure of sales, SM2 is uncertain Sony reveal milestones in a very "flexible" way.

Bad for us who wants the numbers, good for this thread because the debate will last until at least when we get to the end of the fiscal year haha.

Btb my prediction is about both games being close to each other within 1 million range of each other.

I think if switch really slows down this will be easy win for spiderman 2. Nintendo games usually get crazy legs when there consoles are also on fire not at the end of a cycle.

Yep, for me it is always disappointing when numbers aren't available.

wasn't it 4.1 mllion in 2 weeks. so in november and December i expect another 5 million not counting jan cause the quarterly won't be counting that i think. I expect total to be around 9.1 million.

I expected 10 million but i thought since both games didn't announce the 10 million mark i low balled them. I diffidently beat my expectations though for the quarter. we'll have to see if legs fall off like TOTK or it has long legs.

Sell-through of Mario Wonder at 10.7m, I expect sell-through of Spiderman 2 is around 8-9m. LTD I still couldn't call it one way or the other. 20m+ for both.

Though I've just seen the OP says PS5 only SM2, so I would lean towards Wonder in that case.
