No idea about minimum specs but as a game it was amazing. One of the better games I've played in a long time.

DF tried to run the game with a PS4 specced HDD, it stuttered and eventually crashed. |
And even their try on the PS4 specced HDD isn't on a HW that is equivalent to PS4 nor is it done without direct storage and other techniques not available on PS4, both the extra spec of the HW (except HDD) plus these techniques allow the game to run although poorly which doesn't contradict Insomniac original claim as said by DF.

Came across my first time where jumping between portals definitely took noticeably longer!
During the Bronze Battleplex challenge with the spittle bug race you had to jump through like 10 worlds, and after the 4th, it slowed down dramatically for about 5 seconds then it continued like normal. Definitely wasn’t seamless.

Actually they go even further, they correct the paper after the teacher graded it and pointed the issues, and sometimes they will take few years before finishing it =p

Presented within the 1-hour DF video on Ratchet and Clank PC port, the utmost salient point is this. 👇#PlayStation5 pic.twitter.com/45PHgQkQFm
