Well if we're talking strictly embargoing the full platform suite for games they have announced at their events, I personally don't actually recall them ever having this clause.

I believe MS has done this for the last few years: this isn't new. 

Pathetic that gamers feel so entitled they can't wait 2 days? Or would you prefer MS to buy the full game as an exclusive? They aren't holding it back from any platforms, this is literally so harmless compared to actual exclusivity deals.

Games at these showcases don't release for months, if not years, and a 48 hour embargo is going to change anything? This is just a news embargo ffs lol

When did Sony do a 48 hour embargo? I've seen people say that but I don't remember one ever.

I'm seriously gobsmacked at this reaction. Imagine being this coddled you can't handle a few days for an announcement of a game that won't launch for months, meanwhile cool with Persona 6 being an actual moneyhatted exclusive for PS. These people aren't fans of games, they're fans of consoles. 

Over three years and still can't play FF 7R on Xbox, but MS is a piece of scum for some stupid embargo. 

I want to get into Persona but I'm so dumb when it comes to learning turn-based games, and I don't know if my English is good enough to understand everything :(
