Canada absolutely has the capacity - they were exporting it to the US already. So instead of going through the US before going to Europe, why not cut out the middleman?

Oh, and Europe already did and does. But for some things it was just easier to buy American surplus. That's going away now, and the few gaps there are in armament that Europe doesn't have, like a stealth fighter for instance, is in active development anyway. Perun made an interesting video about it with every single EU-nation producing something for an European army without any American involvement. While a bit tongue-in-cheek (some countries don't produce any military equipment but for his video, they had to produce something), he managed to fill almost every niche with European or European-produced equipment

So yes, cutting out the US is absolutely possible. And the billions lost for the US will sting a lot!

"We can just make our own F-35 and SpaceX". Yeah we can in theory but it's not as simple as it sounds and it's years if not decades away and we need it yesterday.

Both are on the way.

For our "own" SpaceX, there are multiple companies like PLD Space in Spain, Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA in short), MaiaSpace in France or Isar Aerospace in Germany growing very rapidly. Isar had their first launch just one week ago (a failure as shown in your video, but let's not forget that only the fourth launch attempt of the Falcon 1 was a success), while PLD Space will have the launch of their Miura 5 (which is comparable to the cancelled Falcon 5 from SpaceX) early next year and the Miura Next, which will be comparable to the Falcon 9 and Falcon 9 Heavy, for the early 2030's. And let's not forget that until then, we'll still have Ariane 6 and Vega. Also keep in mind that about 90% of the SpaceX launches are just for Starlink.

As for the stealth aircraft, two are in development, the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) and the Global Combat Air Programm (GCAP). While GCAP development is faster and slated to be in production within 10 years, FCAS is more than just a stealth aircraft and also incorporates drone wingmen for instance. Both are also 6th Gen fighters compared to the 5th gen F-35.

Russia Excluded From US Tariff List Due To Ongoing Ceasefire Negotiations, White House Says

Lmao. They're either terrified of Putin or trying to help him.

First they claimed they didn't put tariffs on Russia due to them already being heavily sanctioned, but other heavily sanctioned countries have tariffs enforced onto them, so that was a lie. Then they claimed that they didn't put tariffs on Russia because they don't trade with Russia, despite Russia-America trade still being $3.5bn so that was another lie. Now they've changed their minds again and said Russia doesn't have tariffs because of ceasefire negotiations, and yet Ukraine has tariffs who are also part of ceasefire negotiations.

It's just lovely how Russia gets given multiple concessions, from America demanding Ukraine surrender territory, to America discussing bringing Russia back into G7, to America refusing to be part of Ukraine's security assurances, to America voting alongside Russia in UN, to America considering recognising Crimea as Russian, to America discussing sanction relief on Russia, to America blocking Ukraine from NATO.

Lovely how Russia can outright refuse Trump's total ceasefire and he says "Okay" and then narrows it down to a meagre energy ceasefire to which Russia breaks immediately on the hour of talks ending, it's lovely that Trump himself recognised that Russia has broken the ceasefire but made excuses for them that there's anger on both sides, that Russia can openly mock Trump on Russian State TV and outright refuse a total ceasefire while Ukraine has been saying they'd accept one for months now.

All this and America's response has been "Lets give Russia a few extra weeks" after already giving them a few extra weeks. Meanwhile America demands that Ukraine surrender all its natural resources to America, pay them totally made up reparations and all it takes for America to go hard on Ukraine is Zelenskyy not wearing a suit, meanwhile Russian State TV can mock Trump, plaster his wife's nudes over the TV, break ceasefires multiple times, reject his other ceasefire attempts and Trump goes "P-P-Please lets give daddy Putin a few more weeks"

And now yet another concession, no tariffs on Russia because Daddy Putin might get mad.

None of this would be so incredibly bad if Trump was receiving money and other compensations from Russia, because that would be a logical reason for his traitorous behavior. But true to his stupidity, he's doing all of this for free.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.

Either Trump is scared of Putin, aligns with Putin or Putin is completely playing him, I can't see how anyone can look at any of this and think it's some sort of 4D master plan by Trump to...Give Russia multiple concessions, multiple chances, and do nothing when they break agreements multiple times, how the fuck does anyone think this dude is tough, Lmao. Putin is an insane bastard but he's still smart enough to play people as stupid as Trump (and keep his entire country in line as he sends everyone to their death).

More pathetic begging from Trump towards Putin to stop the killings, after giving Russia multiple concessions already, America still begs, all talk and no action from America. This only days after Russia lobbed a missile at children and America was too terrified to even mention Russia by name in the murder of children.

On another note, how many 24 hour blocks are we going to give Trump to stop the war in Ukraine?

He was elected on that promise.

If only there was repercussions for when politicians break promises.

He claimed he was being sarcastic when he said that, Lmao. Obviously bullshit since he made that "sarcastic" excuse about a month after him breaking his 24 hour claim, convenient to say you was being sarcastic way after your promise was broken. 24 hours became days became weeks became months, now Rubio has said "as long as it takes"

He also claimed he would sort out Israel-Palestine and made a big deal about achieving a ceasefire there, his fans sure jerked him off for that one too, only for the ceasefire to breakdown within a month and Israel to go back to its genocide but now Trump is basically ignoring it entirely and instead talking about committing ethnic genocide on Palestine.

EU's tariffs today are in response to the steel and aluminium tariffs from weeks ago, so it won't be their response to the 20% tariffs.

He made the claim at-least a dozen times prior to being elected.

If he was being sarcastic, he wouldn't have made it a serious election promise.

I would just like the world to hold this bottom feeder to account.

--::{PC Gaming Master Race}::--

Haha. This dude thinks he's in North Korea where he believes just because he says something it makes it true, his comment on food prices being down and inflation ceasing to exist feels like a dangerous political move to make when these two things can be so easily verified by the average consumer by simply popping down to their local supermarkets and Trump is telling them not to believe their own eyes and wallets.

THERE IS NO INFLATION is a hilariously stupid thing to say. Could backfire as hard as his downplay of COVID.

Oil prices are down because of recession fears! Lmao.

"Bringing in Billions of Dollars a week...On Tariffs that are already in place"

  • He announced his tariffs 5 days ago.
  • The 10% tariff didn't even take effect until 2 days ago
  • His reciprocal higher tariffs haven't even taken effect yet.

Not sure where this billions of dollars a week is coming from, Lol.

  • Using his IEEPA authority, President Trump will impose a 10% tariff on all countries.
    • This will take effect April 5, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. EDT.
  • President Trump will impose an individualized reciprocal higher tariff on the countries with which the United States has the largest trade deficits. All other countries will continue to be subject to the original 10% tariff baseline.
    • This will take effect April 9, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. EDT.

The USA and it's citizens did ask for this at the last election.

Alot of us didn't and a lot of us didn't vote for him.  We pleaded for common sense.  Please keep that in mind.  The problem is we underestimated what years of misinformation and grifting had done to many of our neighbors and their ability to think critically.   It's important to remember that Americans aren't naturally dumb.  We were feed lies and hatred for generations.  Someone (Russia) realized that the best way to beat an opponent is from within.   And it worked.  But don't count us out.

By the way the Dow futures are now down by more that 1500 points (4%) .  This is now the worst streak in 100 years if it holds and will blow past the Covid drop.  And the market isn't even open yet.  So many hard working people are losing thousands upon thousands from their 401k.  I won't even check mine anymore.

The US should have reacted after Trump's first term ending in a ill attempted coup. Yet instead everyone went back to sleep, forgot about / downplayed the insurrection and allowed a felon to run for President again. Biden is as much to blame for this.

All the signs were there, project 2025 was out in the open. Yet America's ego stood in the way to seeing what was happening. Or rather closing an eye to past actions and keep on selectively hearing what they like to hear.

It's been a long time coming since American culture started idolizing lies, deceit, might is right, end justifies the means. (Not just American culture, it's an epidemic since the rise of Big Brother) Bush got impunity for launching illegal wars killing millions, nothing came from that. The US/UK governments getting away with "WMD in Iraq" despite all the evidence there weren't any laid the groundwork for where we are today.

People started loving a good lie more than the truth. Shock and Awe over diplomacy. Well here we are at economic shock and awe.

It looks like Putin has something over Trump or his kids. He acts like a compromised president. Or there is something else we don't know about. I doubt he's doing it for free. But he could be as greedy as being promised Russian/Ukrainian resources, that which he has been openly after.

Anyway crashing the markets to make everything cheaper for his billionaire buddies to buy up more of the world sounds entirely plausible.
