Yes it deserves its reputation. Story is top-notch, characters are very likeable, soundtrack is an absolute masterpiece, graphics are fine but elevated by a ridiculously strong sense of style, especially in regards to the UI, the game is beautiful to look at. And unlike other Persona games, the gameplay is actually super fun, with good level design and great combat. As someone who has no nostalgia for earlier Persona games, this one shits all over the old ones, it's one of the greatest games of its generation.

Which is the better RPG this generation if it's one of? Xenoblade 3 vs FF7 Remake vs Persona 5 Royal and others? Is it better than all the fire emblems?

Im gonna say no, but its a very cynical no, cause even tho I hated it at first, I ended up liking the game much more than I thought I would. And for the purpose of being short lets leave it at that.

That's the thing, I don't really play RPGs a lot. Haven't played any Xenoblade or Final Fantasy or Fire Emblem games, it's never been a genre that interested me, and that used to apply to Persona too. It's just Persona 5 that caught my attention, it looked cool as heck, and it is. It's way more fun to play than a turn-based JRPG has any right to be.

So I can't say it's better than other RPGs of its time, but it is the only one I became interested in. And it is better than most games I've played, in any genre.

If I pick certain games you probably won't consider it in greatest games event IUDK how that works? Like I'm really in Shmups Vertical though, IDK if you'd let me? But then again I'm scared to post my opinions? Games like Radiant Silvergun, and Ikaruga etc? Ah Those are not my most favorite greatest games I mean IDK maybe they are? Noone understand shmups or other genre's I'm play too much genres :(
