and a week after NG2 a little game called MGS4 comes out which happens to be bigger than NG2 in every region..

TBH I'm not even sure what you were going for with "crash some PS3 hurts"

but assuming you meant that NG2 would negate the boost PS3 gets from MGS4, I am going to have to highly disagree. MGS has always been a bigger seller than NG as far as I can tell.

Did you read the thread?  The OP was completely debunked and it has become apparent that the 360 version of the game is SOLD OUT!!!

So unless you think the retailer ordered less copies of the game for the console with a larger userbase, this is an indication that the 360 version is outselling the PS3 one, not vica versa.

One of your quotes has the 360 selling more, one has the PS3 selling more, and one gives no indication either way.  So exactly how was I wrong when I pointed out there is no indication that the PS3 version is (to quote MikeB) "significantly outselling the 360 version in the UK?"

Because you didn't say that, you said:

You're both trying to twist it so that either 360 or PS3 is selling more, when in reality the situation is mixed.

Incorrect.  I said that there was one indication that the 360 is outselling the PS3 version.  What I did NOT do, is create a causal link that didn't really exist indicating that one console's version was "significantly outselling the other UK-wide."

About time the PS3 strikes back, Australia as well, can't copy links as my PC is broken and type from my WII or PS3 browser, but also in Australia there are more pre orders for the PS3 version than for the 360 version.
