Not "caught" as they didn't exactly hide it which makes it even more embarrassing, might as well ask ChatGPT to write up their entire legal case for them, Lol. Hope the judge makes them pay Microsoft's legal fees, it's clearly a troll lawsuit at this stage. Where are these dudes getting their money from...

The argument starts with an utter absurdity: "Microsoft's acquisition of [ABK] is the latest step in a long-term strategic plan to ... monopolize ... and starve its platform-side competitors from sufficient Triple-A gaming content."

I strongly doubt that there is substance to that claim. All of the evidence has been available to regulators like the FTC, CMA, and EC. But there has been no indication whatsoever that Microsoft seriously believed it would put PlayStation out of business.

"Microsoft purchased the developer largely to acquire Playground’s Forza, a Triple-A racing game" => according to Wikipedia, that developer only made Xbox (and Windows) games even prior to being acquired. Doesn't sound like a single-platforming/foreclosure story to me.
