I'm kinda shocked MS managed to get MLB in gamepass another year lol that's crazy

So I'm guessing this either an Alpha Dog mobile game, or whatever Roundhouse has been making? Most of their other studios seem to be too busy to be working on whatever this is:

• Tango just released HiFi Rush and are rumored to be working on a definitive edition update for Ghostwire Tokyo to go alongside the Xbox port
• id is likely working on either the 3rd game or the current Doom series, or possibly a Quake reboot
• Arkane Lyon is believed to be working on Deathloop 2 after the "Golden" update last year added a new ending that teases a sequel
• Arkane Austin is finishing up Redfall 
• Machine is either working on just Indiana Jones or both Indiana Jones and Wolfenstein 3
• Bethesda Game Studios has at least 3 teams right now, one on Fallout 76 new content, one on Starfield, and one on TES 6
• Zenimax Online has 2 teams, one of ESO's next expansion Necrom, the other on Project Kestrel. While Spyteam could be Project Kestrel, the name Spyteam sounds way too generic for a AAA release

Oh it's that time again?

Reminds me of SEGA's Football Manager 20** series. I always replace the new with the old game when it joins Game Pass year after year but I never play it lol.

A leaker on Resetera about a year ago said that Spyteam was being worked on at BGS Dallas before they were put on Starfield, Spyteam is apparently a "pet project" of Todd Howard and is in the prototype phase as of that leak.

Hopefully it's a very small project that won't take much staff from their main projects then. Last thing BGS needs right now is more projects, as it is we are looking at 2025-2026 for TES 6 and 2030-2031 for Fallout 5 most likely. BGS badly needs a total restructure with each of their 3 main IP's given to a different BGS studio and handled by a different director with each of the 3 staffing up to the point where they can develop on their own, nobody wants to wait 10+ years between each Fallout, each TES, and each Starfield game, let alone 15+.

Most likely was a multi-year agreement from the start. But I will be surprised if it doesn't perform on Gamepass well enough for MLB to consider to prolong the deal

idk mang, seeing a lot of games that are multiplat/came out before or were in development before the acquisitions.  

Wish Marvel and or Disney made them do the same to Spiderman  

There's been nothing but praise over the past couple years that The Show has been a huge success on Game Pass. 

I don't think Sony has much to do with it. MLB is publishing. I assume it was cost more money for exclusivity/go multiplatform or MLB will take the license somewhere else.

I'm frankly more surprised that Sony isn't trying to match it with day one on PS+.
