I bought it on the last day it was on sale but next time it's on sale again I would recommend everyone to buy FATASIAN Neo Dimension it's a great turn based JRPG especially since it started out as a mobile game and it has one of Nobuo Uematsu best scores.

^-^ You forgot a N.  (fat asian, made me giggle abit there)

FaNtasian Neo Dimension.

Also yes, the backgrounds are wonderful, it feels retro in all the right ways.
Even the music gives a "final fantasy" feel (its by Nobuo Uematsu, also from final fantasy series).

Fixed it.  Nobuo Uematsu's best score in the last 20 years since leaving Square is still Lost Odyssey but Fantasian is very close to it in overall quality.

So Timdog, a huge xbox fan heard some news from a source or something, and freaked out on twitter.
He went on a rant about some huge news, he learnt off, and was basically begging journalists to "do their jobs" and inform the rest of us about it.
Its clear he didn't think he could get away with saying it without there being ramifications.
Apparently his account got banned?

I watched 60FNL with Puertorock77 and grew (mostly playstation guys) but they were guessing this was about Xbox leaving hardware, or something to that effect.
Like something that would trigger Timdog.

Then on Neogaf, SneakersSO (a user, who has previous leaked xbox related news, a few times (and been right), before it went out/public)... said this:
(on a thread about the Game pass Price increase):

"Without going into too much detail, not long after the last round of layoffs (next one should be coming in Q1 26 btw - and its going to be just as massive as the last one), some rumblings out of Xbox starting coming out that were a little hard to believe.

The ramifications of the CoD GP gambit not working out were just starting to get properly measured, but the thing that really stuck out to me was that suddenly, really concrete plans for actual MS Xbox HW went from being definitive, to up in the air, which was really startling given that this thing was meant to be out relatively soon. It was one of those situations where, despite folks being told 'hey, we wanna pull the trigger on this in 2026', the steps you would need to take in the lead up to delivering a new console gen weren't being met. Lots of things that were 'sure things' started getting pushed. The Costco retailer pulling Xbox, and apparently they are one of many that we'll learn about soon, told me all I needed to know.

To sum it up: the future of Xbox is software publishing, with a significantly honed-in focus on profitable IPs (CoD, WoW, Minecraft, Candy Crush, Forza Horizon), Cloud gaming being the home of the 'Xbox platform', transititioning GamePass into basically becoming the point of entry subscription for xCloud access (which will continue to drive its price tag higher btw, they aren't done there just yet either), and releasing their software on any device that has a marketplace and users willing to buy their titles.

Maybe some OEM thing will take up the Xbox name, but given what is clearly a collapse in favorable mindshare and faith in said brand, i'm not even sure a 3rd party OEM is gonna want to have an Xbox console by the time MS is done with their reorienting of the division. "

What do you guys think?
Did xbox pull the plug on next gen console hardware?

Is Timdog going off on something else?

Considering MS has been looking for engineers to emulate all Xbox games on Windows, and it’s already been confirmed that the next Xbox is going to allow multiple PC storefront, Xbox is just going to be morphed into Windows.

The ROG Ally is just a small example of that. Eventually, the entire Xbox console library will be added, and that’s why they’re even bothering with releasing a more console-like UI for Windows.

They might still have reference devices going forward, but the future of Xbox as a platform, is Windows.

You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

Update:

https://xcancel.com/justice4all77/status/1974800153136783563#m

"Xbox is reading all your comments and they know that people are now saying the console is over, they also knew about the viral outrage with gamepass. They are watching and saying nothing. They aren’t doing anything because they know it’s true."  - Timdog

"The silence is deafening at this point. Some statement needs to be make asap to assure gamers the platform is safe otherwise I think it’s correct to start believing the rumors could be true. Crisis PR mode" - justice4all77

"Honestly it’s not about me telling you all this , it is about the truth and there is more to this truth to uncover of what when wrong with Xbox. When I did what I did , many at Xbox came to me and told me about the bad stuff, the turmoil, the injustice and bad things about what was going on in Xbox. A once once beautiful vision I painted was now defaced , it wasn’t perfect. Some of the stuff I never understood and couldn’t figure out, but over time I kept hearing more. That picture of Xbox was now a nightmare a dark place. It’s a sad place now , it’s a sad feeling knowing what I started with and all the dreams I had for Xbox and its fans are distant. The excitement so strong at one time is now dread, more hard days are coming."  - Timdog

So he learns of this thing, and goes nuts online.
He then has people from xbox reach out to him, devs there, and tell him things are not looking good ect.
He comes to the conclusion that if this was not true, someone would do Damage Control and come out from Xbox side and say "this is factually not true".
It hasn't taken place.

Then theres the otherside like SneakerSO, saying the same thing.
And people that should know (there are xbox ppl on neogaf and resetera), on forums, stay quiet.

Satya Nadella is appointing a new CEO of Microsoft.
So he can go back to engineering and focus on A.I.

Puertorock makes alot of sense.
What does a new CEO that wants to post big profits first thing he does as he takes over a company?
He'll get rid of distractions and things that cost alot for little returns.

Like if he thinks hardware isn't reasonable for what it makes them in return, vs just being 3rd party game developer.... that's it.
No more Xbox hardware. Suddenly it all makes too much sense.

This is Judson Althoff, plotting a new direction for xbox.
And maybe doing their own console hardware isn't apart of that.
