So either Xbox dropped publishing for that Wu-Tang title or Jez got it wrong and they were never publishing it to begin with, maybe they just pitched it to Xbox and Jez misinterpreted that as Xbox publishing it, Lol. I'm thinking the studio has been self-publishing for a while, especially since they went through a round of layoffs recently.

Well this is the risk of leaking projects literally the moment they start existing as a concept and it's not the first time Jez has been 'wrong' with this, Lol, I think it's actually the 3rd "Project has literally just been greenlit and Xbox is publishing it" that has ultimately turned out to not be published by Xbox.

All these leaked projects ending up not being published by Xbox but then we get a wildcard project that isn't leaked like Ninja Gaiden IV which is published by Xbox, Lmao. Time to ignore all these super duper early publishing leaks and just sit back and be surprised by the actual publishing deals.

Anyone going to play Splitgate 2? I'm gonna check it out. It seems like they have addressed many of the issues the 1st game had. It's currently putting up huge numbers on Steam.

Not really, the CEO came across as a bit of a knob, Lol. It was like he was intentionally trying to have the next "Josef Fares Moment" but because he was intentionally trying, it came across as fake and too try-hard. I'm also not a fan of developers trashing other developers just to try to get brownie points from certain "Gamers" instead of just letting their games speak for themselves.

It was hilarious that he was shit talking other videogames originality though, whilst wearing a "Make FPS Great Again" hat but then revealed a fucking Battle Royale mode with Imagine Dragons as the backing track, Lmao. The irony as well of saying you want a Titanfall 3 but revealing a BR mode as your "Look at how much better than everyone else we are" when it was BR which killed our chances of Titanfall 3! It has launched to mixed reviews on Steam as well with a lot of complaints about the MTXs, sounds like COD to me, Lmao.

Anyway. They should play more FPS. There's far more FPS out there than CoD, Lol.

Maybe its just me but none of that really means anything.  Either the game is good and fun to play or not.  I can care less if the CEO or developer is a knob, we all have our faults.  Just give me a fun experience and enjoyable moments is pretty much all I care for in a game.  I rarely care about the personality of the people who create it.  Especially since I have no way of really knowing them.  I have some friends who come off as a holes but they will be the first one to back you up in a jam and the first to come running to help if you are in trouble.

I'm not sure about all that, but after playing several arena matches, it plays a lot more like Halo than CoD. It also doesn't have that terrible matchmaking system so many games have now. If you enjoy Halo, I think this is worth checking out. 

I learned there is a Splitgate 1 when that cunt came on stage. His game looks like the most generic piece of shit anyway. This year alone I played Turbo Overkill and Doom TDA and look forward to Metal Eden for FPS games. Actually good and unique games unlike Generic MAGA losers game.
