Continued confirmation that cloud gaming will most likely never become the defacto way to play games lol. It's already bad enough when an online-only games servers go down lol.

Jez on Xbox Two: "I've been hinted to from good sources that they aren't done with Indiana Jones and Disney is very, very happy with how the game has performed."

Sounds like more Indiana Jones from MachineGames, I really hope we get Wolfenstein 3 next though and I hope that's why they've opened a second studio because they're planning on becoming a two team studio, one for Indiana Jones and one for Wolfenstein and Disney ought to lower the license price considering MachineGames just produced the most loved Indiana Jones thing since 1989, Lol. Be funny if Arkane's Blade releases before the film too which seems very likely and is also a hit, it'd be like Microsoft is reviving dead and battered Disney IP, Lol.

Give me more Indiana Jones!! It's by far the best thing in the franchise since the original trilogy.

It's a great alternative when you don't have a native device around, but as the only way to play games, it's not reliable enough.
I will say, this is the first time I've experienced any type of extensive issues with Xcloud servers.
Microsoft low-key stumbled into Disney licensing success if Blade is also a hit, if you think about it, the last Blade was shit, it hasn't had a film in years and the next one is in development hell, Disney is probably happy to take whatever positive news they can get and so I don't imagine the Blade license will be expensive at all, but the actual game if it's any good will restore a lot of good will to the IP, that goodwill will also be directed towards Microsoft as a publisher for restoring a classic IP which is loved.
Likewise with Indiana Jones, The Great Circle is widely considered the best IJ since the original trilogy and even many saying it's just as strong as the original trilogy, the 4th IJ film was poorly received and the last one flopped commercially, Microsoft probably has the edge in negotiations and it's another IP which Microsoft owned studios are helping to elevate back to old heights.
Basically Xbox-owned studios are restoring faith people have in certain Disney IP, Lol. So Disney should be grateful to them and they're IPs with hardcore fanbases who will recognise the respect given to their IPs which generates goodwill for Xbox's Publishing and probably at like massively cheaper costs than the Spider-Man license so it likely will end up being a decently profitable venture for all but also has positives outside of just pure profits like good old fashioned positive PR which Disney needs lately.
I wonder what other dead/dying Disney IP they could take a shot at for cheap
