Some guy is probably sitting in jail thinking why did I believe she was giving me the signal.  These days if they do not come right out and specifically say "Kiss ME" you might find yourself in a world of pain.  That goes for dumb rumors on some generic tune where someone jumps to conclusions and next thing you know it creates nerd rage for not being what they dreamed it to be but something minor.  How many times are gamers going to fall for the same scenario. There really is no need for MS to hint anything at this point, its best to just wow you with a surprise then have you wound up believing some vague tune is Fable or anything else.

For all you know that tune could be something from Avowed or any other fantasy game or just nothing.

There's even a former Xbox employee in the ResetEra thread on this subject saying marketing wouldn't do it like this 😭😂

Nobody has provided a rebuttal other than they want it to be Fable, it "sounds" like Fable (lots of things "sound" like Fable such as The Great British Bake Off and many Rare IPs share a similar tune) and it has a trail (a common thing in mystery videos styled like this) which we will ignore is the exact same colour and style of the Xbox Showcase Branding, Lol.
