 I checked some of their corrections today and saw no correction on the article in question.  Sorry "not-banned" site.

Wow. That is quite a thread of hate.

I been lurking around NeoGAF for a while now, and I registered an account a while back that's currently pending activation. Tbh, I think they have one of the largest and most well-knowledged gaming communities out there, and the fact that trolls get banned immediately, developers post on occasion, and they produce tons of funny gifs was what prompted me to join.

I've always known they've harbored ill-will towards VGC, but I never realized just to what extent it goes. pIt is insane how much hate they have for this site.

If my posting privileges ever get instated, I plan to defend VGC when I can. I just hope I don't get banned for it. :|

I wouldn't even bother. You will get banned for sure.

They let in new members in large groups at specified times.  They usually let in 1k+ a few times a year.

Yeah...not a good idea. Don't worry about defending this site while you're over there; let this site's data speak for itself, and in time things will blow over. Or not. It really doesn't matter in the long run. No, what you can, and should, do is be a good poster, don't be insulting or childish, and just generally do your best to improve the tone of that place. Oh, and make sure you keep posting here too, 'cause we'll miss you other wise.

Well then, I may just keep quiet about VGC over there, aside from a few sly remarks or questions in thread like those in the OP.

 Why is that? Of all of the web communities I've been a part of VGchartz's is easily the most knowledgeable. We have our Fanboys but they all use evidence to back up their points. That's more than I can say about NeoGAF.
