Russian localization was on the same level as German, French, Japanese, Spanish

I doubt that many game developers and movie studios will invest much money into Russian localizations in the future.

That can do whatever they want. If the sanctions keep going like they are, eventually Russia will bleed out. They will either surrender to the will of the rest of the world and stop their aggressions, or they will eventually fall. There is no other outcome.
