I have the three consoles
I bought X360 first .. because of the XBOX
I bought WII because I tried WII sport ..
I bought PS3 because I can play PES 08 with my friend on PS3 earlier than X360 ( may be 5 months )

I'll probably buy it when its cheaper, but I'll definitely pick up a Wii before a PS3.

I'll get it when mgs4 comes out...mostly to play the exclusives. Multi games will still be played on xbox as my freinds list on live is key :)

 I'm almost word for word on point with this.  I already have a PS3 but will only be buying exclusives for it.  I bought it at the time for Blu ray and the fact of Sony's reneging on BC.

The X360 will be the console of choice for multiplats because of friends and the fact they are usually better quality.

I already have a PS3 as you may have noticed, but most of my friends are getting a PS3 when God of war 3 and final fantasy come out. They said they couldnt care less about metal gear solid 4, and that Gears 2 will send that shit back to Japan. lol what n00bs

I'm planning to get one. Maybe during the holidays.

 Funny, I havesome friends that are getting the MGS4+PS3 deal and they could care less about FFXIII. But they are more excited for GeoW2 than R2 though... I think they're wrong: R2 will be better than GeoW2.

I will be interested in a PS3 when they come out with a slim-line, $199 model that doesn't produce much heat... assuming I haven't already purchased a reduced-cost Blu-ray player by that time. I would love to have a PS3 with the above characteristics to slide right in where my current DVD player resides.
