Russia doesn't have any free manpower left and already has some major labor shortages in some sectors, so recruiting more would start to hamper their war economy. While I think Russia will still recruit those 300k soldiers, it will get detrimental to Russia on the long run, as there's only so much manpower they can import from the Middle East - and the Russian population is increasingly wary of this open-door immigration policy.

Jesus, what a horrible speech to have to listen to. I'm sure that the average soldier doesn't care about what Russia thinks and just wants to survive unharmed.  And if this is a group of convicts then yeah, most of these soldiers will end up dead.

This is a big deal. Usually a certain system or tool is helpful but not a game changer....... this could be a game changer that forces Russia to keep valuable assets far from the front leaving a disconnect, which would be a great thing for Ukraine.

Unfortunately it's only missiles, not systems, not your fault though, that title is completely wrong.
