Some news sites mentioned it (it's also mentioned at the Storm Shadow Wikipedia site) but now I was on the French site Le Monde and translated it to German. There it says that Macron just mentioned how they explore all options including SCALP but that there wasn't a decision by now.

Should attack Putins crazy palace. Why would a politician need such a palace and have the money for it if he wouldn't steal it from somewhere or get bribed... maybe one Storm Shadow to blast his billion dollar mansion away lol

Nah, too little to gain using such a valuable weapon against a non military target. Leave this matter to Russian insurgents to fly a couple of cheap drones into his abode.

Lol. You're 100% correct. Would be a waste of a such a missile or an equivalent.
Like you said, cheap drones would probably do the job at this rate.
Of course providing nobody is in it, a Storm Shadow completely blowing the building would be funny though.

(Had to pick Iskander because the 500km Storm Shadow isn't listed).
