Some news sites mentioned it (it's also mentioned at the Storm Shadow Wikipedia site) but now I was on the French site Le Monde and translated it to German. There it says that Macron just mentioned how they explore all options including SCALP but that there wasn't a decision by now.

There's really no excuse now, Ukraine has proven they can be trusted to not use them on Russian soil (🙄) and Russia hasn't escalated at all.

Storm Shadow, SCALP, Taurus, ATACMS would be a hell of a deadly combo.
