Oh boy... yes they can. If those people want to leave and what will happen to them afterwards is another question but at least Russia has the decency to get them away from a potential battlefield.

Now... could you please turn down your vitriol just a tad, please? Don't recede to the level of the people you despise so much.

Oh, I'm sorry, you want me to NOT say Russia's on a campaign of terrorism?

What I want you to do is to keep a level head and think. You are in such a frenzy that you lost sight of friend or foe.
You saying "They can't be 70,000 Ukrainians if Russia wants them evacuated" is basically humiliating those Ukrainians by stating they were Russians instead.
We are talking about people who will lose their homes for a long time if not forever. And all you could think of was to squasch them between your vitriol. You should know when you crossed the line and do better from now on.

Isn't the use of incendiary munitions yet another warcrime? Or am I thinking of something else? In any case it is desperate.

And the recent attacks ON Russia are a sign that Russia's failing in their campaign of terrorism and genocide.

Utter embarrassment for Russia if true, I'd want America to confirm it first but Lol if it's true.

Russia shit talking Patriot, bragging about their unstoppable missiles for years, Patriot takes one down in what, less than a few weeks of active service?

From reports I read elsewhere, the use of such weapons isn’t war crime in and of itself. However the use of them in civilian populated areas is - and it would appear that they were used in such an area by Russia.

Well...If this isn't all one big bluff then technically Wagner still hasn't taken Bakhmut, Lol.

If it's not a bluff then he's playing a very dangerous game, I don't see Putin letting him live if he becomes useless to him.

Still feels like a bluff, I'll believe it when all the Wagnerites have fucked off out of Ukraine.

The reports I’ve seen are that those ‘evacuations’ aren’t voluntary, and that is more in line with Russia’s MO. They bear more resemblance to forced deportations and ethnic cleansing. Given Russia continually uses its missiles to hit civilian targets its a hard sell to say its doing this out of the goodness of its heart.

^This. Russians are basically Nazis.

They not though as most of Germans were not.

No nation is inherently bad. It is the people in power who control the flow of information and fear marketing (I call it that as they selling it to you through campaigns and propaganda) that make people think a certain way. In case of Russia if you stand up and think differently you end up in jail so many do not speak up. Some would also do the opposite if approached by a media presenter, they will chant the countries views in fear that if they say nothing they will too be punished.

No country is immune to it, it just depends the level of control a country has on how bad it turns out.

Look at the western world for example, check how America's views changed when Trump was in power as an example and the chaos it caused. All this in 4 year window.

Look at mainstream media, they always try to divide and conquer, turn political views against each other, races against each other, religions against each other, sexuality against each other and so on.

Well I see it playing out three ways:

1) It is a bluff like you said, and then they will pretend it was a war tactic to make Ukrainians think they were leaving to save face and not get killed

2) He is playing a dangerous game as he believes it will help destabilise Putin's hold in Russia and he thinks he has a chance and gaining some form of high power

3) He is playing a dangerous game without thinking and will get killed by Putin

Also I’m not sure if it’s entirely Wagner in Bakhmut. There’s some Russian army regulars there and potentially some of these other PMCs that have been rumoured. I’m not convinced how Wagner leaving will actually play out, that is if it isn’t a feint.
