Finland Donates Defence Materiel Assistance to Ukraine Including More of Mine-Clearing Leopard 2 Tanks - Puolustusministeriö

I’ve seen a report on the Guardian that Russia has withdrawn from Nova Kahovhka, on the eastern bank of the Dnipro river (opposite Kherson city). If true, it unlikely the only area on the eastern bank they’re withdrawing from as it makes little sense to pull back from just that city.

There were some rumours a few weeks back they were about to pull odd but it seemed odd they would - The river is a natural barrier that’s difficult to cross. They’re either counting of the beachhead being to hard for Ukraine to maintain (a reverse of the Russian occupation of the western side of the river bank) or are over-stretched so needing to redeploy elsewhere along the frontline.

Ok, Russian are now denying they have left Nova Kahovakha.

One side is clearly misrepresenting things, and it’s not a hard thing to prove either way, so whoever is fibbing - why?

Edit- Now seen that Ukraine has acknowledged that their claim was false.

It was apparently just a rotation of troops, the troops rotated out went looting.

Armenia’s Constitutional Court Rules That Icc Obligations in Line With National Constitution

The move means that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Commissioner for children’s rights Maria Lvova-Belova will not be able to enter the country as Armenian authorities will be required to detain them following the ICC’s decision to issue arrest warrants for Putin and Lvova-Belova.
