Looking at the list of ICC signatories, what’s scary is when you realise that beyond Western countries there are likely very few who would enforce the warrant against Putin.
There’s a few that are close Russian allies, others that would feel they’d get more for not enforcing it than doing so, and a few where they’d see the risk as too great.
The first group includes Venezuela, Mali and Serbia.
The second likely most Latin American and African countries.
The third group would be places like Georgia and Mongolia, who would be invaded themselves if they moved against Putin.

There’s a few others that also like wouldn’t either like the Philippines, Taijistan and South Africa. Afghanistan is a signatory but that’s probably the fallen republic. The Taliban clearly wouldn’t enforce it.

I feel dirty whenever I find Girkin funny. War criminal like Putin but his cope and insults at Putin are always hilarious, I hope one day The Hague get his ass though and locks him up for life. Or Ukraine gets him and does with him whatever they like.

Tbh I doubt Putin and his Oligarch cronies care about most of those countries, it's Europe they care about and this while largely symbolic is a big statement which says that as long as Putin is in power, Russia will never have normal relations with the West again, a lot of elites in Russia think that once the war is over, everything will go back to normal.

So, Putin who doesn't allow anyone to come close to him except for a short handshake from another leader is supposed to be the guy who drove on his own through Mariupol where there could be some ambush around any corner? Haha sure

Wagner head Yevgeny Prigozhin intensified his attack on Russia's defence chief Sergei Shoigu, calling the minister's son-in-law a "scumbag blogger."

In an audio message published on his social media channels, Prigozhin compared Aik Gasparyan, a Wagner fighter and convicted armed robber who he called a "hero" with Shoigu's son-in-law, the fitness blogger Alexei Stolaryov.

"Which one is better - Hayk, who committed a crime, came out and became a real hero, or a scumbag blogger who remains a vile creature."

Stolaryov is the husband of Ksenia Shoigu, the daughter of the Russian defence minister who is believed to be close with her father.
