The list has been updated with the recent financial results through September 30, 2025!
MK World will definitely make the list after the holiday quarter, and I imagine we will see ZA as well. Bananza should eventually get there.
I do hate how they are separating Switch 2 Editions based on whether they are physical or digital, but I don't think it will impact most games too much. Ideally, I would've included it with the base game (for example BOTW would have its total and then a note right under saying "of which Switch 2 Edition: insert sales figures here").
In any case, MK8DX will be the first Nintendo game since Wii Sports to cross 70m. Combined with MK8 Wii U should be able to surpass Wii Sports! ACNH should cross 50m, especially with the new update coming (I previously though a new AC would release in 2027, but now I feel it will be early 2028, so that buys more time). SSBU should surpass MKWii sometime next year and if it gets a Switch 2 Edition, passing Super Mario Bros. is on the table. BOTW could pass MKWii in a couple of years, especially if the movie generates positive WOM. Odyssey should join the 30m club this holiday and with the 40th anniversary and Mario Galaxy Movie, it should at least pass Pokemon RGB in its lifetime (I previously thought 3D Mario would release in 2026, but I now see it being Holiday 2027, so that buy more time).
Would not be surprised if SWSH doesn't pass Wii Play. SV will though (probably from the holidays). Still can't see it passing RGB or even hitting 30m, but it will come respectably close, I'd imagine. NSMBU DX is still chugging along. I imagine we'll get updates on other 10m sellers before the FY ends (such as 3D World and maybe Wonder if people don't wait for the NS2 Edition).
Jamboree and Kirby will probably join the 10m club eventually, although we might not know for Kirby.
