A lot of hype around this direct, but deep down with all know its just going to be doug bowser dancing to the theme song of Mario 1 for half an hour then 10 minutes of breath of the wild 2 gameplay :V

My hope for the direct is a long shot, but ever since tales of arise came out it has rekindled the fires of hope for an HD port of the game "tales of the world" franchise

The best Directs are the ones that get announced randomly when you weren't desperate hungry for one

I soooo want this rumor to be true. I've been waiting so long for Silksong.

My predictions:

- Metroid Dread will be shown as a reminder that the game releases soon.
- Similar to the above, the Switch OLED gets a final ad trailer
- Last Smash Fighter reveal: Travis Touchdown cuts in!
- Game builder Garage gets some extension.
- Some previously unbelievable AAA port will be shown off.
- Indie games reel
- N64 or Gameboy games coming to Nintendo Switch online
- Pokemon trailer
- Animal Crossing news
- Chibi Robo gets a surprise sequel!
- F-Zero finally gets one too!
- As for the stinger at the end, Zelda BotW2 gets a new trailer and tentative release date, plus a final name.

I guess I'll just throw some predictions

New Kirby game (because *ahem* we all just saw what happened) and a collection of five GBA thru Wii era Kirby games to celebrate Kirby's anniversary next year :) The collection will release in January or February, and the new game will release March, April, or May.
A a major Animal Crossing update that releases in November
A major update for Mario Golf
New trailers for Metroid, Mario Party and Advance Wars
New trailer for Splatoon 3. No specific release date mentioned
A bunch of trailers for 3rd party games one of which being SMT V
N64 and Gameboy will be added immediately to NSO with Nintendo saying that GBA support will come next year
Earthbound Beginnings and Earthbound will be released later this year, but not through NSO. You will have to buy them separate from that service
My wildest prediction will be that an old Fire Emblem game will get a remaster, my guess is Path of Radiance will be the game.

And my final prediction is that everyone will be disappointed
