Forums - Gaming Discussion - Lost Judgment Review and Discussion Thread (84 on Metacritic)

It seems a bit above the first one, I never expect games from the Yakuza and Judgment series to get the reviews it really deserves in the West. The culture is too different. Can't wait to play it, I already got my pre-order!

Lost Judgement early review scores

Famitsu 38/40

Twinfinite 5/5

Screenrant 5/5

The Mako Reactor 9.5

RPG Site 9

Siliconera 9

Day one buy for me, already got it pre ordered. It sucks that the premium editions are digital. No thanks on that end. Looking forward to more Judgment.

Really loves the franchise, and liked Judgment, so I`m all in for this game and good review.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Up 1 point on Metacritic, it seems all the reviews added today were super positive.
Very excited!

I'm going to pre order it for the X1 on Monday still have to beat the first one on PS4.

Can't wait for it to be snubbed at the TGA's again like every Yakuza game. Then again I also expect the best racing game this year to be ignored. Cruis'm Blast for some boring sim game.

The best racing game of the year is going to be Forza Horizon 5 it will have a much higher meta and a higher user score also then Cruis'n Blast.  Heck they could re release a slightly enhanced version of the first Horizon game and it would easily beat Cruis'n Blast in the the meta and user score.

lol using meta as an argument. Meta is a joke. Said it over and over. It's more of the same yearly. lol, good joke.

Blast is true arcade racing from the genius of arcades himself. Eugene Jarvis. Blast has done something for arcade racing not done since the days of SEGA in arcades.

Cruis'n Blast has about an hour worth of content so that 69 metascore seems fair it actually might be a bit too high.  I'm pretty sure both Hotshot Racing and Horizon Chase Turbo are also better then Cruis'n Blast if have an itch for arcade racing I would play those two more.

lol keep using meta. The most worthless thing online tp determine the quality of anything. It's the same meta that pretends David Cage can write and FFXIII and XV are somehow good games. Always shuns Mecha games but praises broken garbage like Fallout. The same sites giving these scores shit on Crunch but turn around and praise AAA games with crunch. Showing it's just a PR move for clickbait. Meta is a fucking joke as are the websites that review games. A number is arbitrary and nothing more. "hour worth of content" says someone who has not played it. This is not a direct port of the arcade. A ton of content was added. More than 20 cars. Several keys to collect to unlock more. Several tours and tracks. On top of the separate mode of Arcade mode. Upgrades it's at least a lot more than 1 hours.

Blast is the best arcade racing game since the 90s when we had REAL arcade racers. I raced a UFO in a tornado. A Triceratops against a helicopter. A shark in a typhoon. A Unicorn avoiding a giant Yeti. Not just racing licensed cars on mountain roads.

I'm done with this.
