It's a common problem, you have to treat the pointer like a mouse instead of a light gun.

Thanks DKII, I don't get the mouse comparison though... mice are really flawlessly precise. Plus I wanted something you aim straight at the screen and the cursor is right where you are aiming at, not slightly lower and flickering around a bunch. Maybe I just have effed up nerves lol. Yeah that's it! The pointer was SO precise that me being unable to hold my arm completely perfectly still was the problem :o) On that note holding your arm up in the air is more work than I wish for and doesn't equate to a "relaxing activity".

That's really the core of the problem, I like to relax playing games, use games as a way to relax and the Wii is custom built for the ritalin crowd.
