Do we know how PS5 compares to PS4 at this point?

From a hardware sales perspective launch aligned at it's Week 40 PS4 was at 822.554

From a software perspective launch aligned PS4 already had 4 titles with over 100K sales not counting Knack: Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Yakuza: Ishin!, Destiny & Battlefield 4 at the moment Resident Evil: Village is unlikely to have hit 75K physical.

I don't know what to do with Aniplex, are they considered a third party now that they are launching their games on both the PS4 and Switch or a 1st Party for Sony?
In anycase that's one hell of an impressive debut for Tsukihime with the game being sold out and topping the eShop despite it's mature rating.

Sony Music division, the division that got a indie initiative with more switch games than ps games.

The first non indie announced was also a switch only game, Everyday♪ Today's Menu for the Emiya Family.

Then their next game is kimetsu no yaiba, sure Sega grabbed the rights to publish it outside Japan, but it's self published by Aniplex for the xbox/steam/ps platforms over in Japan.

Tsukihime is from Type Moon, the same company behind the absolute behemoth that is the Fate franchise, so the strong sales in japane aren't actually that surprising, imo.

Uh poor NMHIII, but not surprising that it performed like this.
MK8DX now above 4M physical sales.
The Xbox actually pretty stable wow.

Yeah No More Heroes has always been a super niche cult series, so it's low sales are kinda expected.

Also, 12 of the 15 third party games in the top 30 are Switch titles, good to see companies doing well out of supporting the system.
