erm i got a 100'000'000 point combo on THUG ps2.
i had a lvl 79 necromancer with full trang-oul set on diablo 2.
completed bomberman 3 snes without continuing at all.
theres blatantely more but cant remember things like that of the top of my head.

I have purchased 3 copies of CoD4 (for each platform), and completed the campaign on two of them (PC, PS3; PC - Hardened, PS3 - Veteran).

I've completed all of my PS3 games.

Picked up two copies of Half Life 2 (PC and OB on 360), completed the PC version twice, working on the 360 version. Completed Portal twice (once on 360, once on PS3).

Completed Fable TLC twice.

Completed all Crash Bandicoot games up until, and including, the Wrath of Cortex multiple times.

Completed all Jak games

Completed the first Devil May Cry, got a fair way through the third.

Completed first, third, and PS3 Ratchets

Completed Resistance 5 times (twice on Co-Op)

Completed Pokemon Yellow twice, Pokemon Silver once.

Completed the first and third Tony Hawks games on PS1.

Completed the first Harry Potter game.

Completed all Naughty Dog games since the release of the first Crash Bandicoot, excluding Jak X.

I got the highscore for the Jak X minigame http://www.naughtydog.com/jakX/game.htm, I 'smashed' the previos high score. (Not much of an achievement).

EDIT: Ooops, way late. @Thatmax - I'd say about 7/8 out of 10. tbh I don't understand to much about it, just some very high numbers.

Clocked about ~800 hours on Pokemon D/P ( and still playing every day )
I have 27 shinies in Pokemon D/P.

I have played through every single Yu-Gi-Oh! game on DS, GBA and PSP ( I even played the GC atrocity! )
I have clocked more than 10,000 hours on Yu-Gi-Oh!
I have an average of 95% win / loss ratio on Yu-Gi-Oh! Wi-Fi I have beat Morrowind more than 10 times and Oblivion more than 6. I have clocked more than 4,000 hours on both.I think Morrowind is so >>>>>> than Oblivion. 

Aww, nobody rated me :( I guess that means I'll have to live without other people judging me based on one line written on the Internet. :(

in a game called elite beat agents, I tried every single song in all 4 difficulties with an S rank and even beat the harsh Jumping Jack Flash without missing a single circle and almost getting all 300 taps
