Not surprising by the top game. However I am wondering Super Noda's Game Party is now.

Noda(Noda Crystal) is the one of famous comedians in Japan. He loves games and learned game-programming by himself and has released various surreal mini-games for a long.

"Super Noda's Game Party" is a package of his games like surreal version of "WarioWare" (Of course, though WarioWare is very surreal...)
