But I've had a Switch for four years, a Series X since last year, and a PlayStation 5 for zero years! It's always my aim to be armed and prepared for new (console) generations.

At this point there are not a ton of actual PS5 games, so you're not likely to find hidden gems. I personally would just look towards the PS4 games that you may have missed. Amongst them Concrete Genie and Inside immediately come to mind when fulilling your indie fix.

Highly recommend Spiderman Remaster with Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, if you haven't played it yet on PS4. Or Miles Morales on its own.

Spiderman: MM was super fun to play as was Spiderman. Both great games.

Destruction AllStars: Try it or skip it?

Hmm I don't think it's great.

Returnal looks very promising tho.

Also, would recommend looking into picking up a cheap copy of FFVII Remake on PS4 (retail) as it will get a free next gen upgrade in June.

And skip Destruction All-Stars.
