I don't think, it's pes 2008 on ps3, but pes 2008 on psp, as the precedent week. We will see the other source which give these charts. They often did mistakes as that.

That's weird, they seem to have a different "full price" for each console. I wonder what the average price of #2 Brain Training is in Australia.

Also, there is quite a few mistakes in Gamespot's chart compared to the one on GfK.

For the first time since January, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games for the Wii is at the top of the overall Australian game charts, according to data trackers GfK Australia. The Nintendo DS version of the game came in at number four.

After a few weeks break from the charts, Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? has returned in second place for the week of April 14-April 20. In third spot is the Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock bundle for PS2. Curiously, Activision's other game to make it into the chart--Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for PS3--is in seventh spot, but the 360 version is nowhere to be seen. The Pokemon Diamond and Pearl duo are in eighth and ninth spots, respectively,while The Sims 2: Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff are at number 10.

Brain Training's Australian RRP is A$49.95, and is being sold for A$44.95 by the online retailer I checked, so GfK's Australian charts aren't really a fair representation. Incidentallly, the online retailer I checked had GT5:P RRP as $59.95, with their price at $54.95, and it's sold out. Even worse, #10 Sims bathroom junk qualifies despite only costing $29.95.

So, PS3 games under $50 aren't eligible for the chart, but games under $50 on other platforms are.

Many thanks BKK2 for your explications in Australia for gran turismo 5 prologue, and to post the complete article of gamespot with top for each platforms.

But, there is a mistake in the top all platforms: it's not:

03 The simpsons game DS, but 03 Guitar hero legends of rock bundle ps2. If you change that BKK2, good idea.

GT5P was at 61.650 after week 15 so it's strange that they say it's over 50k now. I also would imagine that WiiKart is probably over 40k as I doubt it dropped more than 50% from the previous week.

Prosugno previously said the numbers on this chart are just from chain stores, and cover around 2/3 of the market. MK Wii should be around 45k now, and Gt5:P around 75k, but the remaining 1/3 consisting of small independant stores probably don't sell the same ration of Wii and PS3 games as the big chain stores, so my estimates may be slightly off.
