I promise you, he will find a reason why the extra development time here is the reason for graphical superiority, but the PS3's version of Oblivion being superior is all about the console's power, and therefore completely unrelated to development time and resources.

I said it before and it's happening, the 360 will look better, not only did they have more time but the unreal engine seems to work better with the 360 hardware
