Feels like a joke thread.

I suppose not all jokes make us laugh.

Graphically it looks good in spots and not so much in others, like most sim racers. Sound and AI suck though. Forza 7 was a disappointment too. Hopefully with next gen we see real advancements in AI and physics. If not oh well we have 120fps Horizon 4.

I disagree with OP.

It looks like an early PS1 game.

The game is decent but could have been better. GT7 should be a lot better since the cars will be upgradable again.

feels like you're going out of your way to hate on Gran Turismo.

I don't hate it, I just didn't expect Sport to be such a lazy rehash.

I read yesterday that PD is actually outsourcing some of their car modeling work now. To people who have worked on a lot of FM/Horizon games. I think it’s a good step to help increase the turnaround between games in the franchise.

Its a really good way to increase the car roster Gran Turismo Sport could have used a lot more cars especially since I didn't care for any of the GT Vision cars.

if you have a SDR TV at 1080p, the visuals on GT sport on PS4 or PS4 pro is that much difference compare to GT5 or GT6 on ps3, yes a bit more prettier and higher frame rate esp on ps4 pro, however, the game changer is if you have a HDR 4K TV, the difference is like night and day esp on ps4 pro, on HDR visual under Quality Mode at 3200 X 1800 resolution, it's almost like a new generation console, can't wait to see the difference of GT sport to GT7

Sounds like you probably just don't like sim racers. You'd probably like the Forza Horizon series on Xbox alot more, it's simcade rather than full on sim, and is alot more fun than any racing sim I've played. Or if you don't own an Xbox, you might like Driveclub more than GT Sport.

Yep, I would say it would be a better choice for him, arcadey racers will certainly give him more "sense of speed".
