So the guy represented his employee as Nazi and it is a good thing that he won a compensation for it?

It was completely harmless. He used the famous scene from Downfall and changed the caption just as thousands of other videos on Youtube.

How is that even comparable? He was mocking his bosses because they were stubborn and stingy during wage negotiations.

It would've been something completely different if his higher-ups were all jews and he made a video about stingy jews or if they were black and he made a video about lazy black people or whatever.

As long as he (or as I've read it was his wife who did the caption) didn't use insulting language, there was absolutely no reason to fire him.
