How is that even comparable? He was mocking his bosses because they were stubborn and stingy during wage negotiations.

It would've been something completely different if his higher-ups were all jews and he made a video about stingy jews or if they were black and he made a video about lazy black people or whatever.

As long as he (or as I've read it was his wife who did the caption) didn't use insulting language, there was absolutely no reason to fire him.
