Start of this gen it seemed they got a lot more critical, but then started to give a lot of scores.

Nice lists. This gen has not been nearly as good as past. Your list includes some DLC though, not really full games. This is also flawed because the Xbone versions of games or DLC that is counted for PS4 exists also on Xbone but just didn’t get used for reviews. Like the XCom 2 DLC for example.

At least this gen we don’t have a GTA IV gargantuan overrating situation.

Not to mention, 90+ is a silly arbitrary number. For example, Demon Souls, a game that put the industry back on track by encouraging developers to make video games again, isn't part of the "90+" club.
